Parent Teacher Conference

Parents,

Our Online Scheduler for Parent–Teacher Conferences (PTC) will be open September 17–23. Conferences will take place on September 24–26.There will be Early Out on conference days.

How to Schedule Your Conference:

• Password: Special

• The scheduling window will open on September 17 and close at the end of the day on September 23.

• Parents will schedule their own appointments during this window.

Conference Dates & Times:

• Wednesday, September 24th  & Thursday, September 25th from 1:30–7:30 PM (with a dinner break for teachers from 4:00–5:00 PM)

• Friday, September 26th from 1:30–3:30 PM (last appointment at 3:30 PM)

We encourage all families to take advantage of this opportunity to connect with teachers and support your student’s progress. PLEASE ensure you are saving your appointment confirmation numbers to access them.

If you are unable to make an appointment, you can reach out to your student’s teachers by e-mail.

Lunch Information

Dear Parents,

 If you qualified for free or reduced lunch last year and feel you qualify this year, please check your student’s account in ASPIRE. If it does not show free or reduced on the account, that means you have not reapplied and been approved. As of Friday, the 22nd, your student will be charged full price for meals.

If you feel that you may qualify, please go to our website and fill out an application.

If you need assistance, please email Mrs. Foxley at lfoxley@northdavisprep.org or, for help in Spanish, Mrs. Smith at gsmith@northdavisprep.org.

Si el año pasado calificaron para el almuerzo gratuito o a precio reducido y consideran que califican nuevamente este año, por favor revisen la cuenta de su estudiante en ASPIRE. Si no aparece como gratuito o reducido en la cuenta, significa que no han vuelto a presentar la solicitud ni han sido aprobados. A partir del viernes 22 de Septiembre, a su estudiante se le cobrará el precio completo de las comidas.

Si creen que pueden calificar, por favor visiten nuestro sitio web y completen una solicitud.
