Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent-teacher conferences will be held September 23rd – 25th 1:30–7:30 PM (Teachers will take a dinner break from 4:30–5:30 PM.) and Friday from 1:30 – 3:30PM
- Parents will schedule their own conference appointments online.
- Scheduling Window:
Opens: September 15
Closes: September 22 at midnight
- How to Schedule:
Teachers will email families the Parent Scheduler link.
When prompted, use the password: Special
- Grade-Level Scheduling Notes:
Grades K–6: Parents will schedule with their child’s Language teacher (shared conference with Culture teacher).
Jr. High: Parents may schedule directly with any of their student’s teachers.
Please be sure to sign up before the scheduling window closes. We look forward to meeting with you and partnering in your child’s success!

Grades K-6: Breakfast $1.60 / Lunch $2.20Jr. High: Breakfast $1.60 / Lunch $2.60
Reduced Lunch and Breakfast: .40¢
Breakfast served daily from 7:45 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
Important Payment & Account Balance Information
Please keep the following in mind when making payments to your student’s account:
Online payments may take up to 8 business days from the date of payment to be processed and reflected in your student’s ASPIRE account.
The balance shown in the online payment portal is not necessarily your student’s current account balance. Please check ASPIRE for the most accurate and up-to-date balance.
If your student’s account has a negative balance, please consider making a payment directly at the school by cash or check to avoid the processing delay associated with online payments.
Please note that credit card payments made through the online payment system are subject to a processing fee.
