Parent Teacher SchedulerParent Teacher Conferences – Scheduling Information
Parent-teacher conferences will be held February 11–12 from 1:30–7:30 PM (Teachers will take a dinner break from 4:30–5:30 PM.)
- Parents will schedule their own conference appointments online.
- Scheduling Window:
Opens: February 2
Closes: February 10 at midnight
- How to Schedule:
Teachers will email families the Parent Scheduler link.
When prompted, use the password: Special
- Grade-Level Scheduling Notes:
Grades K–6: Parents will schedule with their child’s Language teacher (shared conference with Culture teacher).
Jr. High: Parents may schedule directly with any of their student’s teachers.
Please be sure to sign up before the scheduling window closes. We look forward to meeting with you and partnering in your child’s success!
Final Picture Day
(PLEASE READ THROUGH)
Our final picture day of the school year will take place on February 11th and 12th.Grades 5–9: Class pictures will be taken on February 11th.
Grades K–4: Class pictures will be taken on February 12th.
In addition, February 12th will serve as a make-up day for new students or any students who have not yet been photographed.
Please ensure that students:
Follow the school uniform guidelines
Arrive to school on time on their scheduled picture day
To order pictures online please use the codes:

Notice: Our School's proposed fee schedule for the 26-27 SY will be on the agenda at out February 4, 2026 public board meeting and our April 1, 2026 public board meeting. Both meetings are scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM.

Games Club
Games Club dives into epic quests and imaginative worlds through Dungeons & Dragons! Whether you're a seasoned dungeon master or a curious first-time adventurer, there's always room at the table. Join us as we roll the dice, build characters, and explore fantastical stories together. Bring your creativity!

Lunch Information
Free/Reduced Lunch
If you qualified for free or reduced lunch last year and feel you qualify this year, please check your student’s account in ASPIRE. If it does not show free or reduced on the account, that means you have not reapplied and been approved. As of Friday, the 22nd, your student will be charged full price for meals.
If you feel that you may qualify, please go to our website and fill out an application.

Si el año pasado calificaron para el almuerzo gratuito o a precio reducido y consideran que califican nuevamente este año, por favor revisen la cuenta de su estudiante en ASPIRE. Si no aparece como gratuito o reducido en la cuenta, significa que no han vuelto a presentar la solicitud ni han sido aprobados. A partir del viernes 22 de Septiembre, a su estudiante se le cobrará el precio completo de las comidas.
