Traffic Patterns Reminder

Here are the traffic patterns for both the elementary and junior high. Please follow these guidelines to help things run smoothly. Cold Creek Way is NOT a pick up or drop off zone, students will be redirected to a safe drop off and pick up areas. There are no left turns allowed into the elementary school during drop off and pick up times. 

Also, be aware that there is ongoing construction on Hill Field Road, which may cause delays.

Lunch Information

Please look over the menu for lunch and plan on eating with us in the Lions Den Cafe. We serve breakfast from 7:45 a.m.–8:15 a.m. at the 1591 W. Hill Field site. For lunchtimes, please check the schedule located on our website. Prices for breakfast and lunch are available by the day, the month, and the term online at our website.

Please make sure your student has money in their account for lunch. If a student has a negative balance, they will be quietly told they need money or asked to call home.

Applications for free and reduced lunch are available online. In order to serve you better, we will be accepting online applications only. Please follow the link on our website under lunch or at northdavisprep.org. You will go into ASPIRE to fill out the application. If you cannot access ASPIRE, please contact the office.

Good things to know Even if you filled out the application last school year, you must reapply for the 2025–2026 school year.

If your students attend another school, you will need to fill out an application at NDPA. Because of privacy issues, schools are not allowed to share information.

If you do not reapply, you will be charged full price for the meals your students eat at the end of the rollover period. It is your responsibility to apply for free and reduced meals. If you are not sure if you qualify, you can apply. We will be glad to see if you qualify. If you need help filling out the application, please email me at Lfoxley@northdavisprep.org or, for help in Spanish, Gsmith@northdavisprep.org. I will get back to you ASAP. Please note I am prepping and serving food until after 1:30 p.m. Information about applications and pricing for meals is available online at the link above.

Payments for lunch can be made by using check or cash at the school. If you want to use the online payment system, please note it can take up to 10 business days to show in your ASPIRE account. Only the amount in ASPIRE is the correct balance.

There is a fee for credit cards if you use the online system. If you want to pay for more than one student with the online payment, please email Lfoxley@northdavisprep.org with how you would like the funds distributed, and I will do that once they have been applied to your account.

I know this is a lot of information. The main and most important thing is we are excited to see your students back and to be able to serve them delicious, nutritious meals!!
