I was born in Ogden and grew up on farms in Roy and West Point. I retired four years ago after 32 years of teaching. Being on the staff of NDPA is a great joy as it allows me the opportunity to interact with the students, staff, and school community, and it helps me work on my Spanish. |

Currently much of my time is spent volunteering in the natural resource and arts community. I facilitate environmental education classes for the state Division of Wildlife. I am an avid bird watcher, a "twitcher" as the British call them, and enjoy traveling to locations both here and abroad to observe the birds and their habitat. Becoming a fluent Spanish speaker is one of my goals in life. |
