Mrs. Kelley grew up in Roy Utah. She is the third child of three children. She met her husband Barron at Weber State University and they have lived in the area for 26 years. Her four children(all boys) all attended Layton area schools. She is a graduate of Weber State University with a degree in Elementary Education majoring in Reading and Art. She taught for seven years working for a year and a half as a teacher in the Davis District in a school-wide enrichment program.

Mrs. Kelley knew she wanted to be an elementary teacher since she was in high School. She is dedicated to children and strives to expand children’s minds using various teaching and artistic opportunities. She was a very active parent as a PTA President for Layton Elementary. Being involved with her son’s school and activities was a love of her parenting career. She has served as a Cub Scout Leader and an enjoyed her time as a Soccer Coach.

She loves to scrapbook, camp, craft, read and spend time with her family. She a dog loves having daughters through her sons join the family and especially enjoys her awesome grandson.
