I was born and raised in Farmington, Utah in a family of six children. (My mother was a saint!) I am married to a wonderful, supportive husband, Michael, who would do anything for anyone. I also have two girls, Alexis and Austyn. They both attend NDPA. Alexis will be a 5th grader and Austyn will be in first grade this year. We currently live in Kaysville.

I attended Utah State University (Go Aggies!) and California State University of Chico and received a Bachelors degree in Finance and a Masters degree in Business Administration. I am currently a self-employed insurance agent here locally. My husband is also self employed which has been a great benefit for our children. They don't know how lucky they are! Ha Ha!

We were lucky enough to get into NDPA during the first week when Alexis was entering the first grade and have loved it ever since! I appreciate having the opportunity to be so involved in my children's education. This is my second year on the POET board and I only hope I can do this position the justice it deserves!
