Antonio Ramos

My name is Antonio and my family name is Ramos Ramirez. I was born in Malaga which is a sunny and beautiful city in the south coast of Spain. I happily grew up in my birthplace with my sister and under the fond protection of my parents. I also studied my primary and secondary school in Malaga as well as I graduated in Computer Engineering from the Homonymous University.

I started to work as a computers programmer in Madrid where I spent several months. After that I came back to Malaga where I was working as a systems analyst for almost three years until I became a secondary teacher passing my national exams. I have been working as a secondary teacher for seven years in different secondary schools all over Andalusia and I really love my job. I have also been studying General Advanced English at the University of Edinburgh for the last six months and it has been one of the most interesting and enriching experiences in my life.

I like spending my free time doing sport and going out to see and chat with my family and friends. I really need to read books, magazines and newspapers daily. I love novels, sciences and sci-fi books and classics ones. When I go out, I love trying new foods, going to theatre, cinema and concerts or just have a stroll and enjoy the landscapes having an interesting conversation. Finally, it is learning English another thing I really like therefore the experience of living in the USA and teaching there is going to be amazing.
