Yearbook Needs You!

For all 6th, 7th, and 8th graders interested in being on the year book committee please fill out the application form along with a 12 x 12 scrapbook page. Creativity, neatness, and organization are key!

The deadline for submission is October 17th!

Fall Carnival

BOO! Mark your calendars for NDPA's Fall Carnival on Saturday, October 25th from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. The carnival is a great way to celebrate the season and enjoy seeing your classmates in their costumes!

We will have games, food, and entertainment. You won't want to miss out on this event. It's fun for the whole family!

K-6 After-School Choir

Come “ROAR’ with us! Registration has begun for this year’s choir. This program is open to all grades, K-6th.

Starting September 22 and continuing through December 1, we will hold choir every Monday from 3.00-4.00pm in the Elementary Building Gym.

There is a $10.00 registration fee, as well as a $12.00 fee for a choir vest (make checks payable to “POET”). Forms can be found at the POET desk in the front lobby of the elementary building. Please turn in your payment and registration form prior to the first day of choir.

Each student and parent must comply with the After School Guidelines to participate.

K-6 After-School Art Registration

Registration will begin Monday, September 15th and will continue until the class is full. Please be aware that this class fills up quickly!!! Class size is limited to the first 75 artists and is open to grades K-6th. Art is held every Wednesday from 3.00-4.00pm beginning October 8th. It is a 10-week program. The cost is $35.00 per artist (payable to “NDPA POET”).

This year we are requesting that payment and a signed After-School Behavior and Participation Guidelines form be turned in one-week prior to the first class. The first 75 artists on the sign-up sheet who turn in their signed form and payment will be in the class. However, if the requested items are not turned in by the deadline, their spot will be given to the first available artist on the waiting list.

Registering for ART is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3:

- First, fill out sign-up sheet located at the POET desk in the elementary’s front lobby.

- Second, take home a copy of After-School Behavior and Participation Guidelines (also located at the POET desk) and read through with your artist. Both artist and parent must sign the form.

- Third, return your registration fee along with a signed After-School Behavior and Participation Guidelines by Wednesday, October 1st and deposit in POET lock-box.
