North Davis Preparatory Academy, Utah's first international Spanish Academy, is now is now accepting applications for a Secondary Science teacher. Position will teach various science classes to grades 7th - 9th.
The mission of NDPA is help students develop a love of learning, experience high academic achievement, and enjoy high bi-literate proficiency. In support of the mission and vision of NDPA, bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
Position requires a Utah Teaching License, or the ability to obtain a Utah Teaching License. Candidate must be able to teach a variety of subjects including: Earth Science, Biology, Integrated Science, etc...

Part-time - Kitchen help working between 3 and 5 hours a day during the lunch hour, 3 to 5 days a week up to a maximum of 29 hours a week. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, obtain a food handlers permit and submit to a Life Scan Fingerprint and background check. $8.50/hour.
NDPA continues to seek “Highly Qualified” substitutes to meet the occasional staffing needs at the school. The minimum requirements are: Documented 48 credit hours of college work at an approved Higher Institute of Learning. Or have completed with a passing score, the proficiency test as a Paraprofessional as required for the “No Child Left Behind” act.
The applicant is also required to apply for pass a “Life Scan” fingerprint and background check. Information on how to achieve the requirements can be obtained by contacting the school.
