Why I Teach at NDPA
Having taught in several different schools at all levels, I can truly say I have found a home at NDPA. Working with a faculty that is constantly looking to improve, parents who are positively involved and kids who are willing to try, make every day worth it. Along with a challenging curriculum based on critical thinking and problem-solving, Spanish adds a challenging component that benefits all those who take it on. I love watching kids who one day start carrying out instructions with help from their friends, then on their own and then begin to help others that may not understand. It is a slow process at times, but well worth it when the child can see that their light is on.
